Experts again please (sorry!): permanent residency application - arranged job
Anyone offering a permanent position has to have been in business for over 12 months i believe.
What happens if someone has folded their old company and started a new similar one. Will it only be based on the new company (the 12 month period). Can you indicate the guidelines in this area please?.
Many thanks again,
Rob

Yes, it will have to be the new company and such will have to be in business
for at least 12 months and have solid 12 months employment/payroll record.
