error in medical forms

I have one digit of my birth date wrong on my medical form. Will it be a problem?

Just ask the doctor to make a note of this and of course bring your passport to prove
it. It is likely that the visa office made the mistake and it is now wrong in their
records so be prepared to have it corrected. I would write to them with similar
