Default Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)

hi all ,

I am going to apply for WES for ECA in order to apply Canada under FWSP (Main Applicant).
My spouse also completed the following Degree and Master programs.

Degree : BSc. (Hons.) in Information Technology
Duration : 4 Years

Masters : MSc in Infomration Technology
Duration : 2 Years

Do i need to assess these two programs from WES to claim points for Spouse Education ?

Please advise with your expertise knowledge.

If you wish to claim points for your spouse's education then yes you do need to get their credentials assessed.

Thanks a lot for your response. What option suite for me to claim spouse points ?

Option 1: Degree Only (4 Years) (Year 2005-2009)
Option 2: Masters Only (2 Years) (Year 2010-2011)
Option 3: Both (Degree and Masters)

Is it enough to evaluate only MSc or else Which option I should get evaluated from WES ? (1 or 2 or 3)

Thanks

When I did mine I sent WES both my BSc and MSc certificates and had transcripts from both Universities sent to WES, I received my report back with a Canadian equivalent of 'Masters Degree' meaning I selected Masters Degree in the EE form. I believe WES will want both degrees to evaluate but I'm not sure, there was no additional cost for sending both to them.
