Mr Miller,

I know that e-client is not that reliable but i am just a litle bit
confused on its latest glitch. My application was filed before 2000
and so is now obviously being assessed under the new criteria. During
the start of this year, It used to show my exact date of start of
processing and that was November 6, 1999. Then it went wacky for some
months during the transition time frame and used to tell me my file
number is not currently available and that I should try later.

I tried it again a few days later and now it has my file again and
tells me that my processing started on the 14th of December, 1999. I
dont believe this. How can this be? Is this another glitch or is it a
"transition effect"?

Please advise.

Could you please tell which Visa Office you have been submitted your
paper works since 1999?
