dual citizenship or not????
Need advice,
I was about to send off the application when I've just come across something that I should have gotten clarification for. I am a naturalized British Citizen. Previously I was a Pakistani citizen but I haven't used a Pakistani passport for years. Never used it since I got my British one and never renewed my expired Pakistani passport.
The question is, do I put myself down as still having Pakistani citizenship or can I put an attached note explaining all of this? I initially did the latter, but now I'm not feeling so sure.
thanks guys.

Yes, declare it. Unless you have officially revoked your citizenship, you are technically still a citizen - presumably you could just go fill out some paperwork and have a new Pakistani passport.
Include a letter that states you have not used a Pakistani passport since 1998 (or whatever), and that you technically are still a citizen but have not lived there since 1992 and have not had a valid passport since 1998.
My husband is a dual British-American citizen; when we applied we included on the application that he had a secondary nationality (I think there was a specific box for it!), but we never included even a photocopy of his passport, everything was done on his British one.

Thanks! I will make that amendment.
