Does my occupation have an NOC code

My common law partner and I are applying to emigrate in the Skilled Worker Category, with her as principle applicant. Our application went off in January and was returned last week because I left one minor box empty (I checked so many times and STILL missed it!!) and also because they said I had not filled in a form that I understood was not necessary. Anyway, I've filled in a copy (IMM 0008 Schedule 3). The Work Experience section states that I should only list occupations that 'fall in Skill Type 0 or Skill Levels A or B of the NOC'
My occupations are Artist, Care Manager and Support Worker in Care. I checked the NOC 'Matrix' and these occupations are, 'arguably,' listed, but do I need to have degree qualifications for these to make them valid for an NOC code? I have NVQ 3 in care, and although highly skilled in my art, have no degree level qualification.
What I need to do is fill the form in correctly. I don't want to list these occupations with a code only to have the application returned in 2 months!
Can anyone answer this one?

Yes, they have made it clear that I should fill one in also. I was sure that I didn't have to, but I'm having to assume they now require it. Mind you, the cover note on my partners returned application said that she had failed to fill in a Representative form.(the only reason for returning it!) Page 33 of the guide clearly states you only fill in that form if you wish to appoint a representative (or new one). Perhaps the person who returned it was having a bad day?

Did you both fill in separate application forms - ie both complete IMM0008 Gens as well as both complete a schedule 1, just partner completed a Schedule 3 and then you both completed an additional family information form?

Yes. And on my application I left the box empty that said Other Countries with Resident Status. I should have stated 'none'.
My question is about the NOC codes for my application. Ive put 513 for Artist and 031 for Care Manager. If I have got these wrong, will they just send back my application again in a month or two?

One IMM008 Gen - with her details as the Principal Application
2 x IMM008 Schedule 1 - one each (her ticking the Principal Applicant box and you ticking the Spouse box)
One IMM008 Schedule 3 - completed with her details as the Principal Applicant
2 x Family forms - one each
Payment form
CIC are assuming that as you both sent in IMM008 Gen's that you BOTH want to apply as a single person - NOT as a joint application with her being the main applicant and you being her spouse.

Thank you so much for clarifying that. I've checked and you are right. I feel such an idiot! Hopefully we'll be back on track soon! Jeez, I have really studied this stuff so much and STILL make such an error.

Just send back the missing info requested on your Partner's application to get the correct FSW application moving along and then send in a letter for you asking to withdraw your application. Job done.
Good Luck :0)
