1. Your birth certificates showing your parentage.
2. Apartment rental agreement, telephone and power bills etc.

Am I missing something here? I was not aware that simply having a sibling living in Canada as a citizen was sufficient to acquire immigrant, presumably PR, status.

The OP is (I presume) asking about proof that their sister is living in Canada for the extra 5 points they'll get under FSW program for having a relative in Canada.

In addition, although you cannot sponsor a sibling for PR under the Federal Family Class program, there are a few provinces that allow it via their PNP.

1. I am i social welfare officer NOC code:4212, and the social worker NOC code :4152 the duties are 99% same but the code is diffrent, so in the FSW, economic class schedule 3 application, Q.11 which NOC code should i put? 4212 or 4152 ??

3. PoF, I want 12500 CAD $ to with myself so it is necessary to show and exact that amount in bank statement or more because i have more than that, or If I write 12500 CAD $ in FSW, economic class schedule 3 application, Q.10 and show morthan that, is it rights??

If you put 4212, you will be rejected - it's not on the list of eligible occupations for FSW. But if your NOC code is actually 4212, then you may struggle to be accepted under 4152.

And for proof of funds, how many people on your application? You can show more than's required, that's fine.

If you try to claim NOC code 4152 but CIC think 4212 is a better match, then you may be rejected.

than what should i do , because alternatively i have more experience which fall under NOC code; 4152, as Caseworker and its duration is 18 months from May 2006 to Sep 2007, should i put that in Priority 1 and the 4212 as my current job on priority 2 then its ok,,,,
