Default Do I add my canadain common law BC PNP

Hi, so I'm just filling out my paperwork for my BC PNP application, I am living with my girlfriend, she's a Canadian national. We haven't been living together for 12 months so therefore we aren't able to apply for common law. Do I still have to include her information when I am filling out my paperwork for the BC PNP?

One of the reasons I ask is if I'm unsuccessful with the BC PNP we might end up going down the common law sponsorship path once we've been living together for the required 12 months. Wouldn't CIC see this as odd if I apply without her on my paperwork and then 8 months later applied for common law sponsorship?
