Detailed settlement plan???? Anyone know what is required?

Detailed settlement plan???? Anyone know what is required?
Hi everyone,
We are currently going through New Bruswick pnp route (it's been five months so far) and we received an email yesterday saying that our application has been reviewed and before it can be assessed they now require a "Detailed settlement plan upon landing" and "intended occupation". Has anyone had this request before an if so could you please share your knowledge with us, we would really appreciate it. Obviously in regards to intended occupation that will be whatever my husbands skills will allow him to do
