Hi guys - just want to say great forum - wish I discovered this like a year ago instead of having had to trawl the internet for answers!
Question: With regards to implied status - what if someone gets their LMO/work permit declined but they are on implied status at that time? Do they have something like 24 hours to leave the country? Or is it something a little less cruel?
Anyone with experience with this?
