Are Dentist applicable under FSW.

Are dentist are eligible to file under FSW? If not, is there any other alternative?

No, I don't think so. There isn't a shortage of dentists here.
You should also be aware that, even if you qualified in the UK, you will need to go back t school for two years to gain the qualifications necessary to practice in Canada.
