hi
Having to go through the dreaded process of rehab but could anyone help with the documents you need to send if you applying to london and where you can get the info/ documents as my husbands crime is so old.
Any examples would be gratefully recieved just helps to get your head round it all

Hi,
Why dont you apply for the official police report from ACPO first and see what comes up, i do know that if 10 years has passed and you have not commited a crime again then you should be fine.....Iv posted a link below, have a read of this -

Hi,
Why dont you apply for the official police report from ACPO first and see what comes up, i do know that if 10 years has passed and you have not commited a crime again then you should be fine.....Iv posted a link below, have a read of this -

The 10 year rule doesn't apply to all crimes apparently.
OP - hopefully somebody who has been through the process will be along to advise you soon.

yeh got my ACPO back already and its on there so just got to get all information together, just not sure where to start.

They quote up to a year for rehabilitation apps to be processed. Add to that the time it will take you to gather all the docs needed. We are still gathering ours several months down the line (although we also need stuff from Germany in addition to the UK).
