I have one arrest from 1992 that shows up on my FBI report. The charge was evasion of
a peace officer and was dismissed in 1997 because I did not appear in court. My
spouse is my sponser. How will this affect my immigration?

appear? If you don't have a conviction it would not affect your application, but if
the charge is still outstanding, it probably will.
