Default criminal conviction worries

I am a Canadian citizen and my husband and I are currently in the middle of completing a spousal sponsorship application. He is British and has a minor conviction for dissorderly conduct, his only ever offence committed. Does anyone know if this will impede our progress in any serious way?

Default Re: criminal conviction worries

It all depends upon the circumstances leading to the conviction but probably not too important if it occurred long ago.
