Default CPCO-FinalRequest Upload to CIC Issues

Looking for some help with this issue.

Just received notification of the final stage of the long process. CIC has asked that several documents be uploaded to MyCIC, as well as photos of the applicant be sent to their London office - Yet, on MyCIC I have no option to "upload" under "Documents submitted by the client"

Anybody find a way to get around this? Did you just send physical copies of your documents as well? We just sent off the photos today, I'm thinking we should send the documents as physical copies as well.

Others have reported that although documents have been requested, when they go into the appropriate page of MyCIC, the upload facility has not been set by CIC.

Personally, I would send the physical copies by signed for courier and send them a case specific email saying that you have done this.

Thanks, I've sent a Case Specific Inquiry with the requested files.

I'll have a chat with my spouse and get her to send the documents as physical copies as well.

Ok so sending the documents via a "Case Specific Inquiry" seemed to work, however...

I recieved electronic copies of a letter stating "You have now been issued your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) form (IMM5292 or IMM5688) for you and all accompanying dependants." and that "We have also enclosed a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CPR) form for each person in your family who will be traveling to Canada."

Will this be mailed to my address as a physical copy? Because none of the letters were the forms mentioned above, and nowhere did I see a space in which to sign...Very confusing...

Great, thanks for the answer.

So I guess this electronic letter is just one of 2 pieces.

The rest will come via the return envelope they requested to be sent with the photos/passport copy
