Some people said we could get points from relative like cousin, somebody siad no way. Any professional suggestion from experts? The Officer doesn't count adaption points by any his personal opinion?

There are no points for cousins and there are no points to be awarded for
officer's personal opinion, period.

Hi Andy

Thank you so much, so that mean, even my points are almost 67 like 66, and I have cousin in canada too, but they will still reject my application, is my understanding right or give me any chance like interview?

No, you won't get any interview to gain more points or give you a chance.
Interviews are no longer designed to evaluate your adaptability. You may be
sure that you'll be refused with 66 points, even with a town full of your
cousins in Canada.
