Contact for non arrival of PR cards
Is there an email address somewhere I'm suppose to use about enquiring where my PR cards are. CIC is a minefield of non relevant information as usual & I can't find where/how to ask about it. I'm outside Canada so can't use the helpline.
Thanks

Can you get whoever you had them sent to to enquire on your behalf?

I sent them to me, my property manager checks my PO box for me but I wouldn't feel comfortable asking her to ring them. Is there no way of contacting them outside Canada?

I didn't think CIC would send PR cards to a PO Box number?

Re: Contact for non arrival of PR cards
PR cards will only be mailed to post office (PO) boxes if the PO box is your residential mailing address. If no residential address is provided, processing will be delayed until your residential address is provided.

I actually gave them my full address as I didn't have a PO box at the time. I then went to the local post office to ask about how receiving mail works in NS (we don't have any post receiving apparatus at the house) & they said we need to set up a PO box but that if I've given out our address it should still find it's way to our box.

There isn't, you send a case specific email via the form. https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-r...e-cas-eng.aspx
Ah, sounds like that may be the issue then!

Could be, maybe they got returned.
