Confused...any advice?
Hi all...we are a little confused,
Sent a simplified application for PR in Sept 2006 (AOR Oct 2006). Was told of the 42 month wait so managed to get a job offer and decided to go down the arranged employment route in April this year, sending in all the required docs and requesting prioritisation. As of a couple of weeks ago we had not heard anything so sent an e-mail and a status request fax. Still nothing until today when we received the standard 90 day letter for our original application!
Everything they have requested in the 90 day letter was sent in April so we thought of just sending a letter with photocopies of the entire application again.
Is this the best approach to take? Anyone else been in this situation or know the best thing to do?

Sounds like they have lost or not received everything in April
so probably best to send it all again!!! Not sure if you will need them all notorised either.
Maybe you will get a reply to your email with the answer.
