Confirmation of PR number form IMM5292

Confirmation of PR number form IMM5292
I am filling out the forms for spousal sponsor application.
For filling IMM1344A (Application for sponsor undertaking) I need to fill Confirmation of Permanent Residence Number.
Can you please tell me what is this number. Because there are three different numbers on the form "Confirmation of Permanent Residence" (IMM5292)
a) file number = B.....
b) client id = number ......
c) doc no = T......
Which number do I have to write ?
Can I write PR number written on the PR card?
I don't know why they are asking this when the PR number is already there.
