The Buffalo said the transfer is for expedite the
processing. But actually lots of application submitted after mine have
already got assessment letter from the Buffalo Office. It seems the
transfer is not just for the expedite processing but seems for some
reasons. Do you have any clue why some cases were transferred to the
LA office for the processing?
