Citizenship application 7(d)
Hi All,
What is the relevence for the question where they ask you to list other PRs acquired when the Citizenship act cant consider that for anything(grant of Canadian Citzenship or IRPA-maintaining PR in Canada.
If someone applied for 2-3 countries for PR and then Canadian came though, one moves and settles in Canada and in the meantime others come through as well. Of course you can list both other as PRs granted but as you CHOSE to live in Canada and didnt meet any residency requirements in other countries you made your choice to call Canada home.
Is there any case in the current Citiz law or IRPA where this having multiple PRs can be used against you for grant of Canadian Citizenship.
Experts please comment.
thanks,
Singh

You must disclose it, period. It won't be used against you as long as you meet all requirements of Citizenship Act.
