we are looking to emmigrate to Canada in particular Hants County in Nova Scotia, we are looking to use the CIS process and i am looking for advice, help, information and contacts in this area can any one be of help to us

Presumably, you looked at the NS Immigration site and read the booklet?

Step 1. Speak to the RDA and find out what they want for the CI Stream application to be considered. Each RDA seems to interpret the requirements differently.

I think the Hants RDA would be an excellent starting point.......friends of ours met a very welcoming lady there who gave some excellent pointers.
