CIC web site - the trick

I belive that in order to use this check status site, you need to enter all you names
as CAPITALS. At least it worked for me, it is 100% case sensitive

No, still doesn't work. I don' think it's case sensitive. whoever develop this web

I checked - it is case sensitive. Once I wrote Zavadsky instead of ZAVADSKY
access is denied

It is NOT case sensitive. I tried a few time with various combinations. It wrks for me. You might want to try after clearing your browser cache completely or by pressing the shift ket and click on the refresh button of the browser. If you still dont see your info , then may be it is still not loaded into the database. They probably are doing it in batches.

We got into the website with no problem.. last name spelled normally,
i.e. Smith And we used a file number, just how it appears on our documents. And it
showed us where the file is, and right up to date. But they have a lot of files
to add, so I think it will take some time, my guess being the older files added
first, as they probably have a lower number.

Can you explain what this in in relation to. I get the feeling that this is about
viewing your application through the CIC website! If so, can everyone see there info
online or is it based on were you applied from?
