Hi. I want to apply for immigration to Canada. I have downloaded the
form
from http://www.cic.gc.ca/ but I haven't been able to find information
about
additional documents that go with this form...(maybe transcripts, work
experience etc.) Can someone please
point me to the right site and give me information about additional
documents.
The guide mentions Appenix A, B, C but I am not able to find it on
this site.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You have to download instruction specific for visa post processing
applications from your country, everything is there. All necessary forms and
instructions for applicants in Skilled Workers class are here:
