I have just come across this Job BANK info by accident which gives you info about whether you need professional certification or licensing for your profession in the PROVINCE that you are thinking of moving to
It has helped to confirm what i suspected from reading Job ads that i didn't need professional certification nor licensing for HR roles (except Quebec for 'Industrial Relations Counselor')
