CHC NEW DELHI NEWS...queries
Dear Readers,
On the New Delhi site, its mentioned that : "If an interview is required for this purpose, you will be interviewed before July 1, 2003."

Does this mean that applicants who filed before 31/12/01 & submit IELTS test results before Feb 1 , & require interview, can finish visa interview by July, and hence expect Landing Papers as soon as Background checks are completed?
If this is true , such applicants will require 70 points, & if even just 33% of pending cases reach the passmark, CHC New Delhi is going to issue a record number of immigrant visas next year.
This seems to be excellent news for applicants who were expecting a wait of many years. Now it looks like they can exzpect their visas in the next 8-10 months..great..or am I missing something..experts please advise.
