changing University on arrival in canada
I would like to change university from x to y on arrival in canada.
Actually, i have got the study permit visa with x university and want
to change to y (on arrival in canada), both the courses are for one
year duration.
Most importantaly x has already taken half of the tuition fees of the
course, will i be able to refund it on my arrival.
How to go about it?
Please guide me.

you'll have to find out the last date to cancel registration without penalty. you should be able to get a refund. after that you could notify citizenship and immigration canada that you have changed institutions and they'll update it on your study permit.
