Changes to EE System and FSW
Hi all,
I have been thinking about this over the weekend and running an eligibility test this morning seems to have confirmed it but I am interested to hear the thoughts on here.
As many will know to qualify for FSW you have to be able to demonstrate sufficient funds unless you had a valid job offer. Until recently this meant having an LMIA supported job offer. Recently the valid job offer criteria was expanded and now includes an offer from a company you are currently working on a work permit for, at least for CRS coring purposes.
Am I right that this counts as a valid job offer in relation to not needing to show proof of funds?
thanks all

Have the criteria for a no-cost LMIA backed job offer to support a PR application changed?
