Can anyone share some tips on how to reach a call centre agent at CIC Canada 1 888 242-2100?

I`ve been trying non-stop since Friday lunchtime, everytime I get transferred it results in a busy signal.

I need to have my address changed. If I could use the ECAS service I would, however my details do not appear to have been entered yet.

Is there a good time for calling and actually speaking with an agent?

The only time we have ever managed to get through to that number was at 8am when they open, once you have pressed #1 for english, try pressing zero a couple of times - I seem to recall that took us straight to an agent.
