Does anyone have a telephone number for the Case Processing Centre in Sydney, Novia Scotia?
I sent my application to renew my PR card by UPS. I tried to track the app but it seemed to stall just before it arrived. I called UPS and they said more than likely the driver forgot to have the package scanned but he cant guarentee it was delivered unless we have a number for the destination. Obviously I want to know if it was received or not.
If anyone can help I'd be forever grateful!

Maybe that will prod them into finding out what happened.

Thanks for the replies, i did call the number above and the man was very helpful. Said we wouldnt be able to tell for another 2 months as the apps are put in a pile and only entered into system when they are getting worked on. He said if i call back in 8 weeks and im not in system yet then they probably havent received it. I'll give it ten weeks or so just to be sure. Doesnt help me just now but at least i have some kind of answer. The app was to change my PR card into my married name, my current one doesnt expire for another few years so I suppose im in no rush. Just a pain to have to complete another application and pay to send it by courier, again!
haha, yes your right! I was thinking of asking who the driver was so i could complain. Surely scanning packages at their destinations is a major part of the job??
