caregiver for kids...mr miller & others..
My relative is hiring a caregiver for her youngest kid who,recently,
turned 12. She has 3 other kids with the oldest at 16. My relative
works almost 24 hours and wants someone to stay with her children in
her absence.Not to mention some housework.Her hubby works most of the
day too.Her application was approved & validated by HRDC. Does the
employee risk being denied during the interview bcuz of the kid's age?
What is the maximum age for kids to successfully employ a caregiver ?
