Wrong newsgroup.

Bailing out on Canada already huh? Oh well.

Canadian PRs get no advantage whatsoever towards working in the US. You need to find
a job, and then find a non-immigrant work visa suited to the job and your education.
Note that most employment visas go to professional degreed individuals.

If you want to work legally in US, as a Canadian PR you need special work permit in
US, i.e., H1.

If you want to work illegally, you don't need any documents. ;-)

are the necessary permission that requires to work in USA?

Absolutely not. Only Canadian Citizens get any kind of a break at all, for
"professionals" under NAFTA.
