Default Canadian Language Benchmarks and IELTS

Can anybody provide information about the equivalence between
Canadian Language Benchmarks and IELTS marks?

Which IELTS marks are considered as High Proficiency,
which Moderate proficiency, etc.

Thank everybody for the advise
