Hi All,

I am planning to bring my brother on student visa. My question is can he apply for immigration while living in Canada or not? If yes then how much time it takes for processing and from which visa post he should file his immigration application?

I dont think you can "bring" your brother.

If he's an adult he has to apply for a college/university place and then for a student visa. If he's a child then I imagine you would have to be a legal guardian and would have to prove that.
