Canadian Embasy in Peru discriminate people without relatives in Ca. Unfair?
Dear Mr Miller/Friends
In march we completed the requirements for PR they told me that i
could get the visa stamp by september. Yesterday i went to the embassy
and told me that this year is imposible to stamp more visas because
they are giving priority to people whose already have relatives in
canada and that maybe by july of 2003t beside that i have to take the
medicals exams again.
What could i do? Is this delay normal?
Any comments will be great
Felipe

Sorry but the visa office in Lima seems to have reached its target for this
year. Famil Class comes first, so you will have to be patient.
