Default Canadian Citizen, living in Norway, want to sposer wife and daughter

I am a Canadian living here in Norway. My wife is a Norwegien, and my
daughter was born here last year. Now we want to move to Canada. So, i
need some expert advice on sponsering them. Can please someone help me?
Thank you

Your daughter is already a Canadian citizen - just apply for her proof of
citizenship through Canadian visa post. As for your wife - you may start
sponsorship process while still in Norway or you may move back to Canada
with your family (wife entering as visitor) and sponsor your wife from
within Canada. The second option may be somehow tricky but if you do all
things properly you shouldn't have problems.

All forms and instructions are on the CIC website here:

Contact the Consular Section of the CDN Embassy in Norway regarding
applying for proof of Citizenship for your daughter. They wil issue
her a limited duration passport while you await he CC card.

Depending on your plans you could apply while still in NOrway or
return to Canada and do the processing here. As AM says check out the
CIC website.
