can you 'visit' after getting PR?
Hi all
This may sound like a daft question, but if,once you are fortunate enough to get PR and have your passports stamped etc, is it possible to just visit (for jobhunting trips etc) without officially 'landing'?
Given that you have a year to take up your PR, one would presume that this was possible, but you never know....
Also, is it be possible for the family to travel separately from the principle applicant. ie husband goes alone initially to try and find work and family follows on a bit later. How does that work re 'landing'?
Your expert opinions please!
