Can I send passport to CIC LA from India
I am an indian citizen and resident and my PR file is under process at CIC LA. I shall be completing my medicals next month.
After CIC approves my cae, they will call for my passport for putting the visa. I would like to know how I should send them my passport ?
If there is anyone with a similar case, please share your experience with me.

You cannot mail your passport accros Indian border.

then what is the option before me when CIC asks me for the passport for stamping the visa. i would like to know in advance.

There are no dearth of fools ... specially in govt circles who make rules such as these.............
Send it by EMS . Its trackable and declare it as documents.
Fed ex will not let u send passports.

is there someone on this forum who has gone thru a similar situation and can guide me on this based on experience.
i could not be the only indian resident to have my case processed in the US?
