Default Can anybody help me to get the Canadian PR ???

Dear Experts here.

Can anybody here help me to get the Canadian PR?
I could only score 67 points (most optimistic assessemnt). Before Dec
2001, I actually scored 72 under the old system which had a passmark of 70.
Unfortuantely, I did not apply then. Now, I am unemployed in my country
for a few moths already, even though I am highly qualified (B Engineering
(Electrical) Honours 2nd Class Upper, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
MCSE, Cisco Certified Network Associate CCNA and Sun Certified System
Administrator SCSA) with several years of experience in Electrical
Engineering and 4 years in Information Technology.

The only way I could get the Canadian PR now is to through a Job Offer in
Canada. But I can not optimistic about geting a job offer, primarily
because my resume is not very impressive and I have stopped practicing my
profession for a while already. And the bad state of the economy in Canada
does not help etither.

Studying French and doing a Masters in Canada would be too time-consuming
and who knows what changes they will made when I graduate or master the
French language.

But I am not giving up hope. If only someone here can help me find a job
offer in Canada so that I can get the 10 points, I would be more than
willing to pay him or her commission fees much higher than normal employment
agency fees. I am quite resourceful, very hardworking and responsible at
work, and get along well with people. And I am willing to accept a low
pay.

Can anybody here me, please ?
I want to be a Canadian citizen!

Hi Zoro
Wonder why you want to become a PR in Canada ?
With your qualification you should be able to work in a lot of interresting
and good countrys.
Why Canada ? Where are you from and where do you live ?
I just moved here from Europe and I have to say that the job market is not
as easy going as it is in Europe or Australia.
