Hello. My question: is there any reason to believe that requesting
CAIPS file might result in a delay of one's application process??
Would the officer consider such move as an intrusion or obstruction on
his/her way?
Any comments?
Thanks

No delay, it is an electronic file and the officers couldn't care less about
you requesting it.
