Default CAIPS Report question???

Hi,

1. What does "EDUC CODE 06" mean on page 6 of the report?

2. Application sent 01/23/2002, File # received 04/30/2002, but my
CAIPS report shows no points under any category. Also, the categories
are under the old system? Does that mean that my application is being
processed under the old system?

Can someone please help me with these questions?
Thanks a lot for your help,
Manav

Hi Manav
Could you pl tell me following things

1. From where did you get Caips notes.
2. How much you paid for it.
3. How many days it took to reach you.

Thanks

Default CAIPS , Mr. Humphries pls help

Hi, Mr. Humphries,

My friend(PR holder) had requested my CAIPS 2 months back, but we
haven't get any response from Ottawa. I believe what included in the
request letter are all correct and also $5 money order was attached.
Is this unusual? Is there any way I can contact the file center(eg.
phone/fax number)?

Thanks for your advice

Shawn

There is nothing you can do. It seems a bit early to worry though. If
there was a problem with the paperwork you should have heard from them by
now. Given the slow state of case processing these days there are a lot of
people asking for CAIPS files and they are busy with this makework project.

Check out www.caips.ca - it takes about 4 weeks to receive the results (by e-mail).

offical fees if you know someone in Canada.

It now seems that $45 is the price for processing your CAIPS file.

Wrong, the request is $5.00 to Gov't, private companies charge more.
