Default CAIPS notes missing information

Hello,

I just (Jan 23 via e-mail) got my CAIPS notes and have few questions
about it.

My timeline:
Independent immigrant
Applied Oct 2001
AOR Nov 2001
Interview Required letter Nov 6, 2002 -at LA
Stop letter from Security Requesting more information 6 Dec 2002

The CAIPS notes say :
1.
PAPER FILE SENT TO CN FILE BF'D TO: LA ON 04-02-2003
Does this mean the file will be transfered to LA on Feb 4?
2.
The notes mentioned the stop letter from security. But there is no
mention of the response to this letter that I sent by FedEx on Dec 16.
Also I had faxed Buffalo my new employer information on Nov 8, 2001.
The notes have no mention of this either. I'm sure Buffalo received
the information. Why notes do not show this information?

Any help is appreciated.

Default Re: CAIPS notes missing information

Any suggestions?
Is it possible that Buffalo has the response documents in my file but
it is not entered in the CAIPS system?
It is nearing the end of 60 day response period to the stop letter.
Should I send them the information again?
