Default Caips Notes

DEAR MR.MILLER or any one having information in the forum,

Is it usefull to have the CAIPS notes to find out exactly why the delay. I have recd.my interview waiver in July-2004 but have not received my medical papers till date. My questions are..

1) Will caips notes help in knowing why my medicals are stuck up or the exact status of my case?
2) Is the body sending Caips notes recognised by the Canadian Immigration as the official site for parting with such information?
3) Will it have any bearing on the treatment of my case if I ask for information from a different source other the CIC?

Kindly help me

Luck to all.

Default Re: Caips Notes

1. It may or may not
2. You can get them through any Canadian citizan by following the correct procedure.
3. It will not affect the processing of your case.

Hi,

You can get CAIPS notes from a variety of sources and getting them will not affect the processing of your application. It is not clear that you will learn much as your case seems to be in the backround check phase and that can take as long a a year or more.

Luck to all.
