Im filling in my bunac non student work permit application, the question about have u ever commited, been arrested or charged with an offense. Not sure what I should put here. I was involved in a traffic accident in october, had my rights read at interview, and told i was under caution, during interview. At end they told me they would report me for driving without due care and attention which would result in fine and points. I have no heard anything since. Should this be declared?

Bunac seem to think this would delay my application because i do not have a result yet.. does anyone know if this would be the case?
