I applied at Buffalo in 09/2001, below is my timeline
Chinese Citizen
09/2001 applied in Buffalo
10/2002 Interview waived

11/2002 Medical sent.
I haven't received anything since. Anybody is on the same boat with me? Mr.
Miller or other experts, do I need to contact Buffalo? I am really worry if
I can't receive it by October this year, I may be forced to do medical
again. Thanks.

Re: Buffalo timeline
Your timeline so far is pretty good, but it takes quite a while to complete
background/security check for Chinese nationals. There is no need to contact
Buffalo at this time - more, asking for status request only delays
processing for everybody as processing officers waste time replying to
requests instead of processing applications.

Re: Buffalo timeline
Hi there,
We have exactly same timeline. have not heard from Buffalo yet. What does you e-client status say? Mine show decision made for more than a month.
Let me know if you get it.

Pakistani Citizen
09/2001 Applied
12/2001 File no. received
11/2002 Interview waived
02/2003 Medical sent
05/2003 Medicals received according to e-client
What does you e-client status say? Mine shows "Decision Made" for more than two weeks. E-client also says that the office will contact me with the decision. I called my lawyers and they said that e-client is updated in batch and it may be a week to 10 days before we hear back from them.
