Default Buffalo interview for Quebec - PLEASE HELP !!!!

I live in Montreal with my family since 3 years. I am with a work
permit.
I have a question regarding the permanent residence application for
Quebec.
We have received the Certificate of Selection to Quebec (CSQ) from the
New York
Office and have submitted it with the application for permanent
residence to the Buffalo consulate.
The New York office conducted an interview with me over the phone
before sending me the CSQ.

From Buffalo..
1. We received a request for medicals tests and police certificates.
2. We understood that my wife was pregnant
3. We obtained the 2 certificates of police (for me and my wife).
4. Medical examination of me.
5. Medical examination of my wife (after the baby was born)
6. We faxed to Buffalo the certificate of birth of the baby.
7. I received an interview appointment from Buffalo.

Is there anyone who passed an interview at Buffalo after having
received the certificate of selection from Quebec, after the medical
examinations and after the certificates of police?

Does anybody have an idea what that could be?
