Anyone (those who applied for PR in skilled category at Buffalo in Sep
2003) got the receipt letter? The website says they are creating
applications received in Sep 2003

Yes. Mailed the application to Buffalo on 9/10, received AOR on 9/24.

I got one too. They received my package on 30/9, I just got a letter dated
Oct 07. So they are actually creating October files now.

Was your application to Buffalo under Skilled worker category? When
did you send your application? Did you send by Fedex? Did they receive
the package on 30/9 or did they create your application on 30/9?

Yes my application is skilled worker. I sent my application with FedEx on
29th and they have recieved it on the 30th. The letter is dated October 7th.
I have recieved the letter in my mailbox on the 14th.
