Default Birth certificate, spelling error...

It took me over a month to get a birth certificate from Pakistan. I'm a UK citizen living here for the last 25 years. I was so happy to finally get the certificate as me and my Canadian spouse are hoping to submit the application soon. However, for some inexplicable idiotic reason the persons issuing my certificate have put my name and maiden surname as well as an incorrectly spelt current surname (I was married, then divorced & kept the surname).
I don't know what to do know as it already took so long and we really don't want to delay the process any longer. The difference is one letter. An E instead of an A.

Any advice? Is this going to be a problem?
