Best way to work temporarily in Canada

Hi,
I am interested in working temporarily in Canada. Could anybody please tell me the
best way I could do this and the pros and cons of each
(i.e. sponsorship/immigration/etc??) . I have an BSc IT Degree and three years solid
IT experience.
