It's your knowledge of these issues that concerns us. You are benefitting from

transfer/reapplication of EA 9/13/01) and Administrative law and immigration (Re: The

spending money on fees? On clive diaz post BV's suggesting the immigrant re-enter
Canada without a valid visa " Some would say it is best not to apply for the RRP as

have plenty of opportunity to explain yourself in Canada." "It is best not to" "in
Canada???Why would BV create an expectation that he/she may be allowed entry? A
person who is not a citizen or PR without valid visa is not allowed to enter or
re-enter Canada.

His competence is highly suspect.

representations as to the opportunities for employment in Canada or other false or
misleading information or representations, knowing that the information or
representations are false or misleading

IA sub 94(2)(a)(b)

Every person who is guilty of an offense under sub (1) is liable (a) on conviction on
indictment, to a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a
term not exceeding two years or to both: or (b) on summary conviction, to a fine not
exceeding one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months
or to both.
